Get "Winrar" or "Q-Xpress Installer" (We highly recomend "Q-Xpress Installer" because it's designed specially for installing Sims 2 custom content.

Installation using Q-Xpress Installer:

1. Put all downloaded files in a common folder.
2. Open Q-Xpress Installer.
3. Select the "Local Install" option.
4. Search for the folder where you placed your downloaded files and select any file there.
5. Click Install and let Q-Xpress Installer do the rest for you.

Installation using Winrar:

1. Select all the downloaded files.
2. Right Click and choose "Extract Files..."
3. Selec your downloads folder (My Documents\EA Games\Downloads)
4. Click accept and you're done.

Note1: If there's no Downloads folder either Q-Xpress or Winrar will automatically create it for you.

Note2: In order for object recolors to be available in game you must download Numenor's CEP (Color Enabler Package) Here
